If ever you are less than thrilled with your service, please contact us within 2 weeks of service so we can make it right for you, after 2 weeks you may have an additional charge.

During your consultation, communicate openly with your stylist. Share your thoughts and ideas of what is important to you as well as any challenges you experience with hair, skin and make up. Also, be open to the stylist sharing their professional expertise of what might be best for you. It’s all about communication!
