Salon Estique rises above the rest with exceptional talent and guest service. Advanced education is the cornerstone of Salon Estique's culture. All stylists go through an intensive internal training program to guarantee the highest standards in our industry. Additionally, our staff travels internationally keeping up with the latest most modern trends and techniques.

	Peggy Strauss Master Hairstylist 2 and Director of Education With 16 years in the business, Peggy specializes in color, color correction, Great Lengths Extensions, and the Brazilian Relaxer. In addition to a long list of advanced education, Peggy also recently attended the Vidal Sassoon Academy’s Creative Cutting class of 2010 in Santa Monica, CA. As a master hairstylist and Director of Education, Peggy excels as both a hairdresser and instructor.Completed 2011 Wella Cutting Essentials in LA

	Katrina Guzman Master Hairstylist With a decade of experience, the last several years spent as a master stylist, Katrina excels in both haircutting and color, specializing in long, curly/wavy hair. Over the years, Katrina has been able to combine her love of travel and her desire for advanced, continuing education by attending numerous classes ranging from Bumble and Bumble instruction in New York City to Wella courses in Santa Monica, CA. Completed 2011 Wella Cutting Essentials in LA.

	Megan Young Master Hairstylist 2 Megan wanted to be a hairdresser as long as she can remember and is now celebrating her eighth year at Salon Estique. Adding to Megan’s already extensive and creative repertoire of techniques in color and cutting. Megan has pursued a great deal of advanced education including Wella Color Trends 2011 and the Bumble and Bumble Color Workshop. Completed 2011 Wella Cutting Essentials in LA

	Julie Jones Master Hairstylist Julie, a 25 year veteran of the industry, has been classically trained in haircutting and color by some of the most influential industry leaders such as Aveda, Bumble and Bumble, and TIGI. As a mother of three children, this Arizona native and alumnus of Shadow Mountain High School spends her free time attending baseball, football and basketball games, and dance programs.



	Rosanne Kostelecky Advanced Hairstylist Calling Salon Estique home for the last four years, Rosanne a.k.a Rosie has been in the industry for 40 plus years. This North Dakotan has always had her foot in the industry, including having owned her own salon, and loves to give specialized treatments to her clients ranging from long to short haircuts, color, and finishing style. Rosie stays with current trends by taking the latest classes and attending yearly shows including Las Vegas International Trade Show, Arizona State Cosmetology Trade Show, Two Hours with Winn Claybaugh, and Color Consultant Education with Wella. Completed 2011 Wella Cutting Essentials in LA.

	Alicia Garcia Senior Hairstylist As a hairdresser for the past four years, Alicia specializes in haircutting and specialty styles. Some of Alicia’s training includes TIGI haircutting classes in Dallas, TX and Wella Color Training in Santa Monica, CA.

	Brooke Baker Advanced Hairstylist Brooke’s creativity and versatile range is evident in the classic, feminine styles she creates and her progressive cuts, styles and colors. As a hairdresser for four years, Brooke was trained at the Toni & Guy Academy and has taken courses with Aveda, Bumble and Bumble and Wella Color. Recently Brooke was in New York City where she completed training to become Network Educator for Bumble and bumble.

	Hollis A. Pierce Advanced Hairstylist With five years’ experience as a stylist and most passionate about helping her clients achieve happy, healthy hair, Hollis has been a part of Salon Estique’s team for the last year and a half. Hollis has honed her skills by learning from her industry mentors and attending various advanced education classes including Wella Color Trends, L’Oreal Color Keys 1-3, and Redken’s Latest, as well as haircutting instruction by TIGI and Vidal Sassoon. As a University of Arizona graduate, Hollis started her career in sales but truly found her calling in the beauty industry.

	Kelsey Miller Advanced Hairstylist Kelsey’s passion and determination have been inspiring clients and Salon Estique team members alike for the last three years. Excelling in color, haircutting, and finishing styling. Kelsey is wowing clients with amazing hair cuts and blow outs. In her down time, Kelsey enjoys hiking with her Puggle, Bentley. Completed 2011 Wella Cutting Essentials in LA.

	Denise Titze Hair Stylist Denise excels at both color and cutting but her specialties include specialty and finish styling, men's cutting, and dimensional coloring. While Denise loves all aspects of hairdressing, she is most passionate about transforming a client through the entire makeover experience. Denise started behind the chair full-time on the Salon Estique floor in 2011 and she has received advanced training in both color and cutting. Denise was certified in Wella's Creative Cutting course at the Wella Studio in L.A. in July 2011, and has received more advanced training that includes Aveda Salon Styling Essentials 2011, Men's Cutting with MAKA 2011, Wella color training, cutting by Bumble and Bumble and Tigi, and product knowledge courses with Bumble and Bumble, Aveda, and Tigi.

	Lanie Whiting Hairstylist Lanie has been at Salon Estique for two and a half years, and is continually eager to build on her solid foundation of training by attending advanced education classes such as Wella Color Trends, and haircutting training by Bumble and Bumble, TIGI and Vidal Sassoon. Lanie absolutely loves doing updo’s and specialty styles, and is also certified in the Brazilian Blowout. In her free time, Lanie enjoys travelling, especially when it includes work and a lot of shopping! Completed 2011 Wella Cutting Essentials in LA

	Stacey Drinon Hairstylist As a two year veteran of Salon Estique, Stacey is educated in Wella Color, and haircutting by TIGI and Vidal Sassoon. Her exquisite attention to detail and creativity make her great with all aspects of hairdressing including color, haircuts, and styling. Stacey is an Arizona native, and she loves to snowboard! Completed 2011 Wella Cutting Essentials in LA.

	Gaby Yousef Hairstylist Gaby has been in the industry and with Salon Estique for two years. Her wonderful, bubbly personality serves her quite well in getting to know her clients, and she excels in color, updo’s and event styles, as well as men’s haircutting. Gaby has a great enthusiasm for continuing education and has attended Wella Color classes, TIGI and Vidal Sassoon haircutting classes, and is recently certified in the Brazilian Blowout. Completed 2011 Wella Cutting Essentials in LA.

	Josh Pridemore Hair Stylist Josh graduated from Classic Beauty College in 2010 and has been with Salon Estique for one year. Josh went behind the chair full-time on the Salon Estique floor in 2011 after he completed extensive advanced training in both color and cutting. In July 2011 Josh was certified in Wella’s Creative Cutting course at the Wella Studio in L.A. and in October 2011 he completedVidal Sassoon’s ABCs of Cutting at Vidal Sassoon’s training center in L.A. Josh’s advanced education also includes Aveda Salon Styling Essentials 2011, Paul Mitchell’s The Color 2009, Men’s Cutting with MAKA 2011, Wella color training, cutting by Bumble and Bumble and Tigi, and product knowledge courses with Bb, Aveda, and Tigi. Josh specializes in color and cutting, but he particularly enjoys color, color correction, and men’s cutting and barbering.

	Liz Hall Aesthetician Having started her 11 year aesthetics career in L.A., Liz has called Salon Estique home for the last four years. She specializes in skin treatments and waxing (from head to toe), being particularly passionate about skin care that reduces signs of aging and protects the skin from the damaging rays of the Arizona sun. In her free time Liz is an avid golfer, and enjoys attending sporting events as well.

	Faye McGrath Aesthetician A nine year veteran of the aesthetics industry, this almost-native of Arizona most likes to see the change in clients that skin care can produce. Faye specializes in skin treatments and waxing, and excels in producing results that enhance the skin’s natural beauty and glow.

	Maria “Cande” Hernandez Nail Artist Bringing her five years’ experience in creative nail artistry to Salon Estique this year, Cande specializes in gel and acrylic nails. She also excels in natural nails, the hot new trend of shellac/gel polish, and is excited about bringing back the paraffin wax dip for hands and feet.

	Brenda Barnaby Owner and Master II Hairstylist Brenda’s excitement for hair and the business shows in her dedication and care for our guests and every one of our team members. Brenda finds her inspiration for fashion all around from young fashionista’s on the streets to Hollywood and fashion images. A life time of learning, working on her craft and working with industry leaders is what keeps her inspired and looking forward to the future. Brenda’s focus for the future is that Salon Estique will continue to be recognized as one of the industry’s top salon for years to come. She likes working out, dogs, travel, architecture/design and Barneys.

	Kelly Boudreau Owner and Master II Hairstylist As part owner of Salon Estique, Kelly has been in the industry for over two decades and still works regularly behind the chair! Even as a 30 year veteran, Kelly is still passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest styles and trends and her most recent classes include Bumble and Bumble in New York City, Aveda, and TIGI in Santa Monica, CA. When not running the salon or working behind the chair, Kelly can be found cruising the open road on her Harley.

	Cheryl Finn Owner and Master II Hairstylist Cheryl has been an industry leader for 30 years and part owner of Salon Estique for the last 16 years. In addition to overseeing the daily salon operation, Cheryl works regularly behind the chair and her major contribution to the success of Salon Estique is her dynamic ability to manage a thriving business and motivate the creative energies of the staff. She is always 100% committed to providing the best customer service possible. However, Cheryl’s creativity is not limited to hair, as she also enjoys creating beautiful jewelry through the art of metalsmithing.



	Adrianne Brees Front Desk Manager After an eight year career in office administration, and I.T. project and operations management, Adrianne has been in the beauty industry for two years. Following in the footsteps of her predecessor and mentor, Linda, she has been learning the business from A to Z, advancing from front desk coordinator, to Front Desk Manager and soon-to-be Salon Manager. Adrianne has a deeply rooted passion for beauty and fashion, and combined with her innate appreciation of others, her dedication to service, and her ever present commitment to excellence, she is excited to be a part of Salon Estique’s management team. When Adrianne is not running around the salon and its front desk, she is running around after her four year old daughter, Peyton. She also enjoys reading, thrift shopping, and riding Harleys.
