Pricing 

We use a tired pricing system.  This allows us to have a wide range of prices from new talent to our master stylists.  During your consultation your stylist should discuss with you the cost of the service if it is anything other than the starting price. Hair length and condition also can influence price. We

offer a guarantee on all of our services. Guarantee applies as long as you use recommended products and do not alter the service. Please contact the salon with into two weeks of service for redo.

Day of appointment

Please arrive on time for your appointment to insure you receive your full service. If you are running late for your appointment, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, as a courteousy to other guests, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation and missed appointments.

As a courtesy to all our quests, we will call to confirm appointment the day before your service.

Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a 24 hour notice.

We understand that life gets in the way sometimes, and you may not be able to make your appointment. After three same day cancellations or missed appointments, you may be asked to reserve future appointments with a credit card.

Continued last minute cancel or no show appointments can jeopardize the salons ability to retain quality service people. Please be considerate and cancel your appointments, as our service staff's income depends on it.

We accept Visa, MasterCard., American Express, cash or debit. Personal checks are accepted with a valid driver’s license.

Children

Children, when not receiving a service, are allowed in the salon when a supervised by an accompanying adult.
